Job Responsibilities

 

  • Answer calls, understand customers’ requests and handle their inquiries..
  • Handle customers’ complaints and report them to direct supervisor.
  • Place orders and handle the drugstores and hospitals invoicing and follow-up.
  • Promote the offers and cover Pharma Field Sales Representatives absenteeism.
Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic and French.
