Realizing the importance of customer service, the sales support function was given autonomy and was established as a separate Section reporting to the Marketing & Sales Director.  The Telemarketing Operators call on Class A pharmacies twice a week and Class B pharmacies once a week. Combined with the sales team visits, Mersaco gets in touch with Class A pharmacies five times a week and class B pharmacies 4 times a week. The Sales Support Operators are equipped by Nortel Networks Symposium Express Call Center to ensure optimization of call attendance, adequate monitoring and reporting.
