Trade and Private Market Sales

Our successful sales and marketing model is underpinned by an extensive network of over 2500 Customers covering Pharmacies, Dispensaries, Hospitals and Governmental Institutions across Lebanon. Managed and supported by our in-house dedicated Sales and Distribution managers, they ensure the efficiency, productivity and stability of our distribution network. Our unique sales model has proven to be highly successful resulting in rapid and deep market penetration.

The sales force was doubled the number of salespersons equally divided into different teams each responsible for a small and coherent group of principals. They are trained and mandated to visit several times a week all pharmacies and hospitals across Lebanon.  The reduced portfolio of products marketed by each team allows for quality calls. Mersaco’s sales force was the first to use Hand Held Collectors in Lebanon for servicing customers (orders and collections). They are currently using third generation equipment.
